You have two ways to dual boot Windows 10 and Android; Remix OS and Android-x86. Both are good options, but Remix OS is better than Android-x86 even though it has been discontinued by Jide.

However, the nvidia/ati video drivers are different, which introduces a slight chance "things will work differently" on 32-bit and 64-bit Linux. And honestly, I am not even sure the 32-bit compilations
